How To Fill:
The bail at the top of the urn pendant unscrews to open. This will expose a small compartment where the ashes can be placed. Use a small funnel to fill, be sure not to fill to the top as you will need a little space to re-insert the top of the pendant. Most funeral homes will fill the urn for you for a small fee if you are uncomfortable with filling it.

Our personalized cremation urn necklaces included stainless steel cylinders that are ⅜ of an inch wide and 1½ inches high. In order to fill them, the best method is to remove the screw-on bail and pour the ashes in through a funnel. Be certain not to fill the cylinders to the top, as there will need to be room left to return the bail. If this is something you don’t want to perform on your own, most funeral homes should be willing to help you. It is important to avoid getting them wet, so be sure not to wear them when swimming, showering, or engaging in watersports. Each one is engraved on both sides with up to 20 characters of text in your choice of font.
